Surviving the Holidays Seminar

Join us on Thursday, Dec. 4 at 5:30pm in the Education Room across from the Tyler Olympic Center gym for a FREE seminar entitled "Surviving the Holidays" presented by Trace Adams, MEd, Exercise Specialist.
